The Berwick Orchid Club was formed in 1993 by a
small group of people who wanted a venue to meet
and exhibit their plants on the weekend. We meet
on the 4 th Sunday of each month. (Except January
& December) The meetings are held in a
friendly atmosphere, where people of all ages are
drawn by their similar interest in orchids. The
meetings feature flowering plants displayed by
members.
The meetings start with basic cultural
discussions normally dealing with what to do for
the coming months and any problems in culture
that members, may be experiencing at the time. We
have a guest speaker at each meeting dealing with
various subjects about orchids or their orchid
experiences. We have a small special effort
raffle which is them followed by afternoon tea.
The meetings normally finish around 4.00pm.
